Remote Assistance

Allow Classic City Computing to connect remotely.

1. Begin by clicking one of the following links to download software that will give us access to your computer.

2. Launch the downloaded program. It may be in your Downloads folder.

3. Give the 9-digit number to your IT admin.

When you want to end the session, be sure to quit the program.

This insures you computer cannot be remotely accessed anymore until you download and run the program again.
